2.1 Ownership 

Christian Dior Couture is the holder of the domain name of the Site.

The Site, as a whole as well as the elements that make it up (in particular: texts, tree structures, software, animation, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, etc.), constitute intellectual works protected by articles L. 111-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. They are the exclusive property of Christian Dior Couture, which alone is authorized to use the said intellectual property rights as well as the related personality rights, trademarks, models, intellectual works, software, databases, interpretations, images of people and this, on an original basis or by the effect of a license or an express authorization.

2.2 Penalties

The use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than for personal and private use for a non-commercial purpose of the internet user is strictly prohibited. V. DISPUTES

The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided by Regulation n°44/2001 of December 20, 2000, on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I).
