II. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 Ownership 

Christian Dior Couture is the holder of the domain name of the Site.

The Site, as a whole as well as the elements that make it up (in particular: texts, tree structures, software, animation, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, etc.), constitute intellectual works protected by articles L. 111-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. They are the exclusive property of Christian Dior Couture, which alone is authorized to use the said intellectual property rights as well as the related personality rights, trademarks, models, intellectual works, software, databases, interpretations, images of people and this, on an original basis or by the effect of a license or an express authorization.

2.2 Penalties

The use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than for personal and private use for a non-commercial purpose of the internet user is strictly prohibited. Violation of the rights of Christian Dior Couture exposes its author to the penalties provided for both by the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular under copyright infringement (Article L. 335-1 and following), trademark rights (article L. 716-1 and following), and by the French Civil Code in terms of civil liability (article 9, articles 1382 and following).

2.3 Hypertext Links

The creation of any hypertext links referring to any of the web pages or elements making up the Site is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of Christian Dior Couture, of which authorization may be revoked at any time. All the sites with a hypertext link directing to the Site or any of its components are not under the control of Christian Dior Couture and the latter therefore declines all responsibility (particularly editorial), concerning access and content to these sites.

 

III. LIABILITY

Christian Dior Couture endeavors to ensure, to the best of its abilities, the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. IV. MODIFICATIONS OF NOTICES

Christian Dior Couture informs internet users consulting the Site that these terms may be modified at any time. These modifications are published by posting them online and are deemed to have been accepted without reservation by any internet user who accesses the Site after they have been posted online.

V. DISPUTES

These terms are established in accordance with French law and in particular the provisions of law n°2004-575 of June 21, 2004, for confidence in the digital economy and law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as well as with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided by Regulation n°44/2001 of December 20, 2000, on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I).
